摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理在食管癌患者围手术期中的应用。方法以我院2011年1月至2013年1月间收治的60例食管癌手术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均行常规术前准备与围手术期护理,观察组在此基础上增加快速康复外科护理措施,比较两组患者心理应激水平、术后康复情况和卫生经济学指标间的差异。结果观察组患者心理应激水平低于对照组,术后康复情况优于对照组,住院时间和费用低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理在食管癌围手术期患者的护理中有积极意义,能降低患者心理症状水平、提高患者术后康复能力、减轻患者医疗负担。
Objective To investigate the effect of quick healing surgical nursing in the perioperative period of esophagus cancer. Methods Sixty patients with esophagus cancer were divided into the objective group and control group. The conventional nursing plan was used in the control group and the quick healing surgical nursing plan was added in the objective group. The psychological stress level, the postoperative rehabilitation and health economics indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological stress level, the length of hospital stay and hospital costs of the objective group were lower than the ones of the control group, and postoperative rehabilitation of the objective group was better than the ones of the control group. Conclusions It can get a satisfactory effect to use quick healing surgical nursing in the perioperative period of esophagus cancer, with less psychological stress level and medical burden, and better postoperative rehabilitation.
