摘要
研究了具有单一供应商和单一销售商的供应链协调的合作策略问题。首先,基于报童模型提出供应商承担库存成本的利润模型。研究结果表明:采用供应商承担库存成本这一新方法可以实现集中决策下的订购量和总利润最优。其次从销售商的角度分析了销售商与供应商不同合作方式的目的。以边际化效应、期望利润、成本为准则,对基于报童模型的分散式系统、集中式系统、回购契约下的合作、供应商承担库存成本四种合作策略为方案进行了AHP评价。最后得出销售商选择供应商承担库存成本的模式是最优方案的结论。
In this paper, we first proposed the profit model based on the newsboy model, according to which the suppliers would shoulder the inventory cost, then from the perspective of the distributor, analyzed the objective of the different cooperative modes between the retailer and the supplier, and then had an AHP-based evaluation of the four solutions under the newsboy model, which were distributed system, centralized system, cooperation under the buybaek contract and supplier undertaking of inventory cost. At the end, we reached some useful conclusions.
