摘要
针对目前的中央空调系统的风机盘管部分,设计了一个基于超低功耗微控制器MSP430的温控器,其中包括液晶显示触摸模块和风机盘管控制模块两部分。操作者可以通过观察液晶上的数字,操作液晶上面的触摸按键来控制风机盘管控制模块,进而控制风机盘管实现控制空气温度的目的。在之前的温控器的基础上,首先采用超低功耗的微控制器作为主芯片设计低功耗的温控器;其次,在该设计中风机盘管控制模块是个双串口通信模块,既可以通过液晶模块控制风机盘管,也可以通过上位机远程操作控制风机盘管。
According the research status of fan coil unit of central air conditioning system, the paper presents a temperature controller of fan-coil unit based on MSP430, including two parts which are LCD touch module and fan coil control module respectively. The operator can be observed all parameters who wants on the LCD. Through operate the touch keys on the LCD, operator can control the fan coil control module, and then control fan coil unit to control the air quality. The design adopts low power consumption of the micro controller as the main chip design of low power consumption temperature controller. In my disign, fan coil control module is a double serial communication module, can control the fan coil unit through the LCD module, and control fan coil through the PC remote.
