摘要
本文对 8例子宫肌瘤中的肥大细胞 ( MCs)进行了研究 .分别取瘤组织、瘤旁组织和正常组织进行甲苯胺蓝 ( TB)、阿尔新蓝—番红花红 ( AB-S)染色 ,光镜下观察 MCs的分布和组化性质 .TB染色后 ,可见瘤组织内部 MCs很少 ,瘤旁组织则具有大量的 MCs,二者细胞数差异显著 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,常见 MCs脱颗粒现象 ;正常组织MCs较瘤组织多 ,较瘤旁组织少 ,且差异显著 ( P<0 .0 2 5) .AB-S染色后 ,瘤组织和瘤旁组织 MCs为蓝色 ,而正常组织 MCs有蓝色、红色和红蓝混合色 3种 .MCs在分布和组化性质方面的变化可能与抗肿瘤机制有关 .
Distribution and histochemical property of mast cells (MCs) in uterus myomas were studied. The tissue samples were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, stained with toluidine blue and alcian blue-safranin. The results indicated that the number of MCs at the juxtamyoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the myoma ( P <0.001) and normal tissues ( P <0.025). It was found that some of MCs degranulated in the myoma and juxtamyoma tissues. When stained with alcian blue-safranin, MCs in myoma and juxtamyoma tissues were blue, whereas in normal tissues blue, red and reddish blue MCs could be found. The changes of the distribution and histochemical property of normal tissues MCs indicated that MCs in myoma might play an important role in defensive mechanism against myoma growth.
