摘要
2011年《国务院关于加强和改进消防工作的意见》明确提出建立健全街道、乡镇消防安全组织,落实基层消防工作责任,夯实防控基础。随后,中央综治委、公安部等5部委联合推行街镇消防安全"网格化"管理。笔者结合北京消防安全"网格化"管理的实际经验,从推行消防监督员驻街镇制的角度,对夯实网格化建设基础进行了分析。
Opinions of the State Council on the Strengthening of Fire Control clearly defines the establishment, and the implementation of community fire control. Five state ministries jointly push forward the grid management of community fire control. This paper analyzes the basis for this management system.
