摘要
                
                    采用高效毛细管电泳法对当归提取物和市售当归注射液中成分进行了对比研究 ,并用紫外分光光度法考察了外界因素对其主要药理活性成分阿魏酸稳定性的影响 .结果表明当归注射中的成分与当归提取物形成显著差异 ,阿魏酸几乎完全分解 ;且阿魏酸的稳定性受溶媒组成、酸碱度、灭菌时间、光照时间及氧接触面积等的影响较大 .并且还从当归现有的药理研究结果和其主要活性成分的理化性质出发 ,对当归注射液的质量及制备工艺中存在的问题进行了探讨 .
                
                Comparison of components between Danggui extraction  a nd Danggui injection was performed by high performance capillary electrophoresis , striking contrast being demonstrated. The effects of high temperature, light a n d pH value of solution on the stability of ferulic acid were investigated by ult ravoilet spectrophotometry. Based on the experimental results and related pharma cological research reported, drawbacks in quality, preparing process and design  of prescription type of Danggui injection were discussed, and the improving meth ods were put forward at the same time.
