摘要
建立了一种简单、快速的毛细管区带电泳法,用于测定氧氟沙星片剂与针剂中的有效成分。背景电解液的组成为10 mmo/L KH2PO4与12mmol/L CuSO4的混合溶液,其pH值为3.6,检测波长为290nm。同时研究了背景电解液中Cu2+的加入对氧氟沙星的有效电泳淌度以及检测灵敏度的影响。结果表明Cu2+的加入可以有效地改善氧氟沙星的峰型,提高检测灵敏度。对所建立方法的线性、灵敏度、精密度、回收率等进行了考察,结果表明该法适于测定氧氟沙星片剂与针剂中的有效成分的含量。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of ofloxacin in Ofloxacin tablet and intra- muscular injection is reported by capillary zone electrophoresis. The background buffer solution consists of 10 mmol/L KH2PO4 and 12 mmol/L Cu2+(pH 3.6). The detection wavelength is at 290 nm. The effect of the addition of Cu2+ in the buffer on the effective mobility of ofloxacin and the sensitivity was studied. The experimental results showed that the addition of Cu2+ could improve the peak shape of ofloxacin and detection sensitivity. The linearity, sensitivity, precision and recovery of the method were also investi- gated. The results were satisfactory.
