摘要
针对煤的高压等温吸附试验中需要运用气体压缩系数测定和计算煤样在相同温度不同压力条件下达到吸附平衡时的各项参数,但吸附试验相关标准附录中只给出了相关气体的部分压缩系数,给试验方法的推广及应用带来不便。本文以相关标准中给定压缩系数值为基础,采用线性拟合方法进行理论对比与分析,并结合自建的等温吸附试验中空罐体积测定进行实验研究。结果表明,通过拟合压缩系数计算的空罐体积与实际标示的体积相对误差率仅为-0.032232%,该误差在正常范围内,说明运用压缩系数线性拟合方法进行计算是可行的。
Gas compressibility is used to calculate the parameters under the same temperature and different pressure conditions in the experimental of high-pressure isothermal adsorption to coal ,but relevant standards appendix gives only a portion of the associated compressibility coefficient ,bring the test inconvenience for popularization and application .Based on the standard given in the compression coefficient value ,carry out linear fitting method to contrast and analysis ,and connecting with the custom of the isothermal adsorption test hollow tank volume measurement experiment research .The results show that the fitting compression coefficient calculation and the actual volume of empty cans volume relative error rate is only 0 .032232% .The error in the normal range ,indicating the use of compression coefficient linear fitting method is feasible .
