摘要
汉语国际教育硕士专业学位的培养方式采用课程学习与汉语国际教育实践相结合。根据这一方案,中山大学国际汉语学院制定了《全日制汉语国际教育硕士专业学位研究生全程实习方案(学生版)》,目的使研究生从入学起即沉浸在课堂教学的实践中,充分、切实培养学生教学与教学管理的能力。除出国的汉语志愿者,其余学生留在国内实习。通过对这部分研究生的调查发现,汉语知识、教学技能和管理能力是研究生作为新教师最欠缺的三方面。本文将结合实际对这些方面提出建议。
The training method of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Language (MTCSOL) combines course study with internship. The School of Chinese as a Second Language (SCSL) of Sun Yat - Sen University formulated 〈 The Entire Internship Program for Full -Time MTCSOL( Student Edition) 〉 in order to make the students immerse to class and develop both of teaching and management ability from the entrance day. Some of the students go abroad as volunteers, the rest take a domestic internship. It can be found that the Chinese knowledge, teaching skills and manmgement capability are the three aspects that the new teachers are short of. The article puts forward some solutions for the curriculum and the Entire Internship Program according to the survey for reference.
