摘要
对掺高炉粒化矿渣粉的混凝土,改变其水胶比和矿渣粉掺量,进行抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验。结果表明,当混凝土水胶比控制在0.40以下,混凝土中高炉粒化矿渣粉掺量为30%及其以上时,配制的混凝土可抵抗SO2-4浓度为20 250mg/L及其以下的硫酸盐环境水的侵蚀;而混凝土中不掺加高炉粒化矿渣,仅用水泥配制混凝土时,混凝土抗侵蚀能力水平较差,当混凝土水灰比为0.40时,抵抗不了SO2-4浓度为2 500mg/L的硫酸盐环境水的侵蚀。
The present study were designed to examine test of concrete with granulated blast furnace slag powder for resistance to sulfate attack in order to change its water-cement ratio and content of slag powder. The result showed that when the water-cement ratio of concrete were less than 0.40 and the content of granulated blast furnace slag powder was 30% or above,the prepared cement concrete can resist salfate en- vironment water attack of SO24- with 20 250 mg/L or less. Whereas, when concrete without addition of blast furnace granulated slag, with only cement concrete, concrete erosion resistanse ability was poor, when the water cement ratio of concrete was 0.4, the environment water attack of 2 500 mg/L with SO42- eoncen- tration can not be resisted.
