摘要
本文从战略的角度出发 ,以国际政治经济环境为背景 ,说明了东亚华人经济圈所面临局面的复杂性和不确定性。然后又总结了东亚华人经济圈所具有的两大优势因素。在此基础上重点阐述了中国在东亚华人经济圈为了实现共同发展 ,谋求一个区域性经济合作的高级形态 。
The article expounds the sophistication and unceriainty about the situation the eaceec faced the under the international political & economic background from the angle of strategy. Then, artical summarizes the two advantages thich owned by the eaceec. And afier thai, it importantly elaborates the effort in three respects, which China should make out in the eaceec, in order to achieve the development with other countries and get a dvanced form of territirial economic cooperation.
