摘要
试验采用微波辅助提取不同季节女贞子中齐墩果酸。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对不同季节女贞子中齐墩果酸的提取条件进行优化。结果表明:6月份女贞子中齐墩果酸最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%,料液比1∶12(g/mL),微波时间3 min,微波功率300 W,微波温度50℃,此条件下齐墩果酸提取率为2.82%;9月份女贞子中齐墩果酸最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶14(g/mL),微波时间4 min,微波功率300 W,微波温度60℃,此条件下齐墩果酸的提取率为3.11%。
The microwave-assisted extraction technology of oleanolic acid from different season Fructus ligustri lucidi was studied.The extraction technologies were optimized through orthogonal test based on single factors test.The results showed that:the optimum conditions of oleanolic acid from Fructus ligustri lucidi in june were ethanol volume fraction of 80%, ratio of solid to liquid 1:12 (g/mL), microwave time of 3 min, microwave power of 300 W, microwave temperature of 50 ~C,and the extraction rate of oleanolic acid was 2.82% under optimal extraction conditions.The optimum conditions of oleanolic acid from Fructus ligustri lucidi in september were ethanol volume fraction of 60%,ratio of solid to liquid 1:14 (g/mL) ,microwave time of 4 min,microwave power of 300 W,microwave temperature of 60 ℃ ,and the extraction rate of oleanolic acid was 3.11% under optimal extraction conditions.
