摘要
为了给某石英脉型微细粒嵌布低品位金矿石的开发利用提供依据,根据矿石性质,采用浮选—浮选尾矿氰化浸出—浮选精矿焙烧后氰化浸出工艺流程进行了选矿试验。结果表明:浮选—尾矿氰化浸出可获得金品位为61.88 g/t、砷含量为4.21%、金回收率为77.57%的金精矿和作业金浸出率为75.85%、对原矿金回收率为17.02%的尾矿浸出液,两者的金回收率合计达到94.59%。金精矿经焙烧预处理,焙砂砷含量降到0.38%、金品位提高到88.40 g/t;焙砂氰化浸出的作业金浸出率达93.28%、对原矿金回收率为72.36%,金精矿焙砂和浮选尾矿氰化浸出的综合金回收率为89.38%。
In order to provide the basis for development and utilization of a quartz vein type micro-fine disseminated low-grade gold ore, and according to the nature of the ore, beneficiation tests were made by adopting the process of flota- tion-cyanide leaching of flotation railings-cyanide leaching after roasting of flotation concentrate. The results showed that: through flotation and cyanide leaching of tailings, gold concentrate with Au grade of 61.88 g/t, As content of 4.21% and Au recovery of 77.57% and tailing leaching solution with gold leaching rate of 75.85% and gold recovery rate to the raw ore of 17.02% were separately obtained. Total gold recovery from both above reached 94.59%. Through roasting pre-treat- ment of gold concentrate, arsenic content in roasting dropped to 0.38% , and gold grades reached 88.40 g/t; Gold leaching rate was up to 93.28% by roasting and cyanide leaching, and gold recovery to the raw ore was 72.36%. Total gold recov- ery from roasting of gold concentrate and cyanide leaching of flotation tailings was 89.38%.
