摘要
对18CrNiMo7-6和20CrNi2Mo钢进行980℃高温渗碳工艺研究,并对其显微组织、显微硬度、表面碳浓度、奥氏体晶粒度等重要工艺指标进行分析。结果表明,为使18CrNiMo7-6和20CrNi2Mo钢渗层获得弥散分布状碳化物、较高的显微硬度、较高的晶粒度等级,通过工艺优化获得最佳工艺为:提高渗碳温度至980℃,冷却方式采用先气冷后二次加热再进行淬火。
The high temperature carburizing processes for 18CrNiMo7-6 and 20CrNi2Mo steels were studied.The process indexes as the metallographic microstructure,micro-hardness,surface carbon content and the austentic grain size were analyzed .The results show that,in order to get dispersed grainy carbides in carburized layer and high hardness with finer austenitic grain , finally, the optimal process is obtained by optimizing the process , raising the carburizing temperature to 980℃and gas quenching first , then reheating and oil quenching .
