摘要
对采用P204萃取某石煤空白焙烧酸浸溶液时在萃取界面产生严重乳化现象的原因进行系统研究,并初步探讨了预防界面乳化物生成的措施。结果表明,有机相中的杂质和降解产物,以及水相中的铁、镁、铝、硅等杂质离子水解络合聚集的沉淀物是引起乳化物生成的主要原因。
Severe interfacial emulsifying phenomenon occurred during process of blank roasting-sulfuric acid leaching-extracting-vanadium precipitation of vanadium extraction from stone coal. The characteristic of e- mulsion was systematically investigated, and the prevention measures are preliminarily discussed. The re- suits show that emulsion is caused by impurities and degradation products of organic phase, and precipi- tates formed from hydrolyzing and complexing of iron, magnesium, aluminum, silicon and other impurities ion in extraction solution.
