摘要
目的探讨自我评价与心理健康的关系,为开展高职生心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用明尼苏达多项人格问卷(MMPI)和个人评价问卷(PEI)对湖南四所职业技术学院693名学生进行调查研究。结果 1、高职生心理健康水平较低。2、高职生的自我评价普遍处于中等水平。3、高自我评价与心理健康各因子相关均不显著;中等自我评价与心理健康各因子(除Ma外)均相关显著低自我评价与L呈显著正相关;高、低自我评价的学生在说谎、校正、抑郁、精神衰弱、病态人格、精神分裂、社会内向因子上差异显著。结论:心理健康密与自我评价切相关,合理的自我评价能有效提高高职生的心理健康水平。
Objective To study the relationship be- tween the HVC students＇ self-evaluation and mental Health,and provide reference for HVC students＇ men- tle health education. Methods MMPI and PEI were administrated to 693 students from 4 higher vocational colleges in Hunan. Results 1. The mental health level of higher vocational college students is low.2.In gener- al, students＇ self- evaluation is in medium level. 3. Students at a high self-evaluation has no significantly correlation with mental health, but medium self-eval- uation has significantly correlation with mental health., and low self-evaluation has no significantly correlation with mental health except Si.High self-evaluation and low self-evaluation have significantly difference in L, K,D,Pt,pd,Sc,Si.Conclusion There is a close relation- ship between mental health and self-evaluation,and correct self-evaluation can improve one＇s mental health level.
