摘要
对中药配方颗粒剂质量控制的技术手段进行全面的评述,分析各种技术的优缺点、应用范围等特点。在现有研究成果的基础上,探讨配方颗粒剂质量控制标准化、现代化以及考察内容全面化的可能性。由于配方颗粒剂仍为中药材提取液所得制剂,有大量结构和活性相似的化合物。因此,本文重点论述如何采用各类仪器分析技术及前处理手段,提高质量标准研究和指纹图谱建立过程的确定性、针对性和全面性。另外,对于配方颗粒剂与传统中药方剂在药效学和药动学上的差异,相关研究领域一直存在较大空白,如何填补这些空白,也是本综述的意图之一。
Technologies and methodologies of quality control for TCM granule were evaluated in this review, focusing on their ad- vantages, disadvantages and applications. Based On recent achievements, we summarized data and reports for the assessment of possi- bilities in standardization, further modernization and comprehensive evaluation. Therefore, this review dedicated to improve determina- cy, specificity and ability to comprehensive analysis, which can be done by wise selection and integration of current techniques. Addi- tionally, to answer the question of difference in pharmacokinetic parameters between TCM granule and other traditional formulas, con- siderable amount of efforts should be done to fill great blank existed.
