摘要
针对国际海事组织对船员培训提出的要求,提出以Alfa Laval S系列分油机的EPC-50控制系统为母型的分油机控制系统的仿真设计,采用实物仿真与计算机仿真相结合的方式,设计以单片机为主控元件的仿真控制箱,结合MIMIC屏构成控制系统的实物仿真部分,采用Visual C#编程语言实现仿真软件界面的开发,实验结果表明该仿真设计完全能够实现学员培训和教学实验的功能。
According to the international maritime organization crew training request, a kind of oil purifier control system simulation design was put forward based on the EPC-50 of Alfa Laval oil S series purifier control system. The simulation design used a combination of physical simulation with computer simulation, designed the simulation control box with the single-chip com- puter as the main control components, combined with the MIMIC panel part to constitute the physical simulation of the control system. Visual C# programming language was used to design the simulation software interface. Experimental results showed that the simulation design can completely realize the function of student training and teaching experiment.
