摘要
对高压加氢装置螺纹锁紧环换热器的密封及其结构特点和新型密封垫片在加氢裂化装置高压、高温、大直径螺纹锁紧环换热器上成功应用经验进行了介绍,描述了自紧式波齿复合垫片原理、结构和不同于以往各种垫片的优异性能,为石油化工行业设备、管线长周期运行提供了又一种安全、可靠的密封解决办法。
In this paper, the seal used in screw locking ring heat exchanger in high pressure hydrogenating plant, its structural features and the application of new type of gasket in high pressure, high temperature and large diameter screw locking ring heat exchanger were introduced. The principle and structure of self-tightening wave composite gasket as well as its advantaged features which are not similar to other gaskets were described, so that one safe and reliable solution was provided for the seal used in equipment and piping in petrochemical industry for long period operation.
