摘要
SolidWorks和ANSYS软件都可以建模和应力计算,SolidWorks具有建模速度快的特点,而ANSYS划网格及计算功能相对强大,但在压力容器设计中通常采用ANSYS进行应力计算。在同一设计条件下,分别采用Solidworks和ANSYS进行应力分析对比,所得计算结果非常相近。因此在初期方案设计中,可以采用SolidWorks进行应力计算,更改模型是非常便捷的;需要对应力强度值进行分解时再采用ANSYS进行应力分析,这样可以提高工作效率;如果想得到更精确的计算结果,采用ANSYS软件中的ICEM划分全六面体网格是更好的选择。
Both Solidworks and ANSYS can be used in modeling and stress calculation. Solidworks has the characteristics of easily modeling within short time, while ANSYS has relatively stronger grid forming and calculation functions. In design of pressure vessel, ANSYS is more often used for stress calculation. Under the same design conditions, the stress analysis were performed respectively by using Solidworks and ANSYS, it was found that the calculated results are quite closed. Thus, at the initial stage of design, Solidworks can be used to calculate the stresses, and the modification of model is convenient. When the classification of stresses is needed, ANSYS can be applied so as to raise working efficiency. If more accurate result is hoped to obtain, the use of program ICEM in ANSYS to form whole hexahedron grid should be a better choice.
