摘要
采用等体积浸渍法,制备了Cr2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂,通过XRD、固体紫外可见光漫反射和TG-DTA对产物进行了表征,考察了Cr负载量、焙烧温度、反应温度以及催化剂用量等因素对四氢萘催化氧化合成α-四氢萘酮催化性能的影响。结果表明,Cr在催化剂表面上主要以Cr2O3形式存在,尚含有少量的CrO3,且充分分散。在120℃氧化反应8 h,7.5%Cr2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂上得到了转化率为50.1%的四氢萘和选择性为79.7%的α-四氢萘酮,该催化剂的稳定性良好。
Cr2O3/γAl2O3 catalysts were prepared through the wetness impregnation method and characterized by XRD, UV-Vis DRS and TG-DTA. The effects of Cr loadings reaction temperature and the catalyst quantity on the , atalyst calcination temperature, oxidation catalytic oxidation of tetralin to α-tetralone were investigated. The results demonstrate that the dominant active specie of the catalysts is Cr2O3 with a small amount of CrO3 highly dispersed on the surface of γAl2O3 A conversion ofSO. 1% of tetralin and a selectivity of 79.7% of et-tetralone are obtained over the 7.5% Cr2O3/γAl2O3 catalyst at 120 ℃ after 8 h oxidation. The as-obtained catalysts exhibit a good stability.
