摘要
在哮喘的治疗中,有部分患者对激素抵抗。研究发现糖皮质激素受体、遗传基因、免疫调节等机制在激素抵抗型哮喘的发病中起重要作用。文中就近年来激素抵抗型哮喘发病机制的研究进展作一综述,提高对激素抵抗型哮喘的防治水平。
In asthma treatment, some patients were found resistant to glucocorticoid. Many studies have shown that glucocorticold receptor, gene, immunologic mechanism all had important effects on pathogenesis of steriod-resistant asthma. In this paper, the recent advances of pathogenesis of steriod-resistant asthma are reviewed to improve the treatment of steriod-resistant asthma.
