摘要
玉米不仅是重要的粮食作物,同时也是重要的C4光合作用作物。通过对玉米中有关C4途径的基因与高粱基因进行比较分析以及构建相应的系统发育树,发现C4途径中3个关键酶基因的基因家族以及一个叶绿体蛋白酶基因,它们都具有独立的适应进化过程。另外,对玉米C4途径中两个亚基因组基因Maize1和Maize2给出了明确的定义,发现了在C4途径进化过程中两个亚基因组中同源基因丢失不均衡现象,即在C4途径中Maize1相对于Maize2保留了更多的基因。
Zea mays is not only an important food crops, but also an important C4 photosynthesis crops. By a com- parative analysis of the C4 pathway genes between Zea mays and sorghum, and building the phylogenetic tree, this paper has shown that the C4 pathway exists three key enzyme gene families and a chloroplast protease gene. They all have independent evolutionary adaptation process. In addition, this paper provides a clear definition of the two sub- genome genes Maizel and Maize2 in C4 pathway, and finds that the loss of homologous genes is uneven between Maizel and Maize2 in the process of C4 pathway evolution. Namely,Maizel retained more genes relative to Maize2 in the C4 pathway.
