摘要
文化科技融合的重要实现载体是文化科技创新体系。而这一体系的本质是人文文化与科技文化的融合,综合了技术的创新性与文化的社会性,涉及了国家创新体系的全部五个方面,即技术创新体系、知识创新体系、国防创新体系、区域创新体系和科技中介服务体系。在推动文化科技融合的过程中,就必须充分重视和发挥科技中介机构的作用。我国科技中介服务开始于20世纪80,年代,虽然经过近30年的努力,但从实际功能和效果看,我国的科技中介机构仍处于发展的起步阶段,需要在进一步梳理功能的基础上、加快机构建设,完善服务体系。
The integration of culture and science is mainly carried through the innovation system of culture and science. This system is in essence the integration of human culture and sci-tech culture, by integrating the technological innovation and cultural social nature. It relates to the five aspects of the state innovation system of technology innovation system, knowledge innovation system, national defense innovation system, regional innovation system and sci-tech intermediary service system. In promoting the integration of culture and science, sci-tech intermediaries must fully realize their functions. By analyzing the background and tendency of the integration of culture and technology, this paper has concluded some basic function of the sci-tech intermediaries in the integration of science and technology from four aspects, and then gives some suggestions for their further development.
