摘要
老年患者为消化内科常见群体,临床护理中存在大量护理安全隐患,及时解除隐患是提高治疗及护理效果的关键。导致护理安全隐患的主要原因有护理人员、用药及健康宣教等,通过提升护理人员素质、加强用药管理、重视陪护及加强宣教等针对性的对策,可以有效降低护理风险。因此,临床护理时应对消化内科老年住院患者护理安全隐患进行有效预防,以显著降低护理风险,提升护理质量,提高护理安全性,改善护患关系。
Elderly patients are common in department of gastroenterology,and there is a lot of clinical nursing care safety hazard,releasing hidden timely is the key to improve treatment and care effect of patients.The main causes of nursing care safety hazard are nurses,medication and health education et al.We can effectively reduce the care risk by improving the quality of nursing staff, enhancing medication management,pay attention to chaperonage,enhancing the health education and other targeted measures.Therefore,clinic should prevent the nursing care safety hazard effectively, in order to significantly reduce the care risk,improve care quality and safety,and improve nurse-patient relationship.
