摘要
目的探讨经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)技术在胆胰疾病中的临床应用和护理体会。方法对31例胆胰疾病患者行ERCP治疗,术前给予有效心理护理及评估准备、术中娴熟配合、术后密切观察病情变化,从多方面展开针对性护理。结果本组31例患者经ERCP治疗后,24例无任何并发症痊愈出院,6例因胆囊结石转至外科手术治疗,1例因癌症广泛转移死亡。结论 ERCP技术属于消化内镜治疗,对多数胆胰疾病的诊断和治疗有重要价值,而有效、细致的护理是ERCP手术成功的重要条件。
Objective To explore the clinical application of endoscopic retrograde cholan- giopancreatography （ERCP） in the treatment of patients with biliary and pancreatic diseases. Meth- ods 31 patients with biliary and pancreatic diseases were treated with ERCP, and they were con- ducted with comprehensive nursing measures such as effective preoperative psychological nursing, intraoperative skilled cooperation and close postoperative observation on condition of disease. Results Among 31 patients, 24 patients discharged without any complications. 6 patients were treated with surgical treatment due to cholecystolithiasis, and one patient die of widespread metastatic can- cer. Conclusion ERCP, as an endoscopic therapy, acts an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases. Moreover, professional and effective nursing is the im- portant guarantee of successful surgery.
