摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对急性骨骼肌损伤康复的影响,探讨其相关机制。方法将172例急性骨骼肌损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用局部按摩+康复训练疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液+丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14d。于治疗前、治疗第3、7、14天测定血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果治疗组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组各时点SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液具有促进急性骨骼肌损伤康复的作用,提高机体抗氧化水平、清除自由基可能是其发挥作用的机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of astragalus injection combined with tanshinone Ⅱ A injection on the recovery of skeletal muscle acute injury,and to investigate itrs mechanism. Methods 172 patients with skeletal muscle acute injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n= 86)and control group(n--86). The control group patients were treated with massage and rehabilitation training,in addition, astragalus injection and tanshinone Ⅱ A injection were applied to the treatment group patients. Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)were measured before treatment,at day 3,7 and 14 after treatment. Results The excellent+better rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P^0.05). After treatment,superoxide dis- mutase in control groups at each time point was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01) ,and the levels of malondialdehyde in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with tanshinone Ⅱ A can promote rehabilitation in patients with skeletal muscle injury. Increasing anti-oxidation ability and scavenging free radicals may be one of it's mechanisms.
