摘要
山苍子的乙醇提取物用氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取后,用硅胶柱等方法分离和提纯,鉴定出12个化合物,分别为4,4-二甲基-1,7-庚二酸(1),(-)-3,4二香草基四氢呋喃阿魏酸酯(2),酞酸双(2-乙基己基)酯(3),(+)-9'-O-(E)-阿魏酰基-5,5'-二甲氧基落叶松脂醇(4),N-甲基樟苍碱(5),异紫堇定碱(6),5-(3-羟基丙基)-7-甲氧基-2,3-二氢-3-羟甲基-2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)苯并呋喃(7),波尔定碱(8),N-(2-(4-羟基苯基)乙基)-3-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰胺(9),反丁烯二酸(10),反式香豆酰基酪胺(11),正癸烷(12),其中化合物1、2、3、4为该科植物中首次分得,10、11为该属植物中首次分得,7、9为首次从该植物中分得。
Twelve compounds were isolated from 95% alcohol extract of Litsea cubeba（ Lour. ） Pers. They were identified as： 4, 4＇-dimethyl-1,7-heptanedioic acid （ 1 ）, （ - ） -divanillyhetrahydrofuran ferulate （ 2 ）, his （ 2-ethylhexyl ） phthalate （ 3 ）, （ ＋ ） -9＇-O- （E） -feruloyl-5,5 ＇-dimethoxylarieiresinol （ 4 ）, （ N-methyllaurotetanine ） （ 5 ）, isocorydine （ 6 ）, dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol （ 7 ） , boldine （ 8 ） , N-trans-sinapoyltyramine （ 9 ） , fumarie acid （10） , trans-N-p-coumaroyhyramine （ 11 ） , decane （ 12 ）. For the first time, compound 1,2,3 and 4 were separated from Lauraceae plant, compounds 10 and 11 were separated from Litsea plant, compounds 7 and 9 were separated from Litsea cubeba
