摘要
为了培养临床医学生将理论知识运用于实践的能力,提高教学质量,引导五年制学生在内科临床见习中采用了种子启发式学习法(Seed-Based learning,SBL)进行学习,结果显示,SBL受到学生普遍欢迎,可以调动学生主观能动性,加深对理论知识的理解与掌握,为临床思维打下良好的基础。因此,实践证明SBL是临床医学教育的一种有效途径,值得推广。
In order to develop clinical medical students" ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice and improve the quality of teaching, seed-based learning (SBL) was adopted in internal medicine clinical trainee of the five-year program students, the results showed that the SBL was welcomed by students, this learning method could mobilize students'subjective initiative to deepen the under- standing of theoretical knowledge, and lay a good foundation for the clinical thinking. As a result, the practice had proved SBL was an effective way of clinical medical education, which was worth promoting.
