摘要
目的:探讨慢性心功能不全患者实施优质护理的措施。方法:回顾分析我科收治的61例慢性心功能不全患者的临床资料。结果:61例慢性心功能不全患者经过优质护理,57例减轻,3例加重,1例死亡。结论:正确的治疗和全程实施优质护理可以有效缓解稳定病情,提高生活质量,改善预后。
Objective： To investigate the high quality nursing measures in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods： The clinical data of 61 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency admitted in our department were reviewed. Results： 61 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency after high quality nursing, 57 cases relieve, 3 cases was aggravation, 1 case died. Conclusion： Correct treatment and nursing can effectively alleviate the full implementation of quality stability condition, improve the quality of life, and improve the prognosis.
