摘要
借鉴水文学中流域土壤最大蓄水量计算方法,利用历史旱涝灾情资料,在考虑流域分水岭、地形、气候分区三要素基础上,将湖北省进行分区,分别计算各区域暴雨洪涝临界雨量。结果表明,临界雨量与抗灾能力有关,但当河流出现极低水位时,临界雨量会相对增大。
On the basis of considering the watershed of drainage area, landform and climate, the paper describes the method which divides Hubei Province into seven subareas and calculates critical rate of rainfall of rainstorm and flood disaster by drought and flood disaster data, using the calculation method of maximum water-storage in drainage area soil. The results show that critical rate of rainfall is related to resis- tance disaster ability, but it will be relatively augmented when the river appears extreme low water level.
