摘要
为获取准确的3K型行星齿轮传动系统轮对啮合力和齿轮传递转矩。基于3K型行星齿轮传动系统拓扑结构分析,建立平移-扭转耦合动力学模型;分析各构件间相对位移关系,确定动力学数学模型。以某3K型行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象在LMS Virtual.Lab Motion平台上进行实例仿真分析;验证平移-扭转耦合动力学模型和仿真方法的合理性;仿真结果为进一步研究系统的疲劳、振动、噪声提供动态输入。
In order to acquire the gear meshing force and gear transmission torque of the 3K planetary gear re- ducer accurately, topology and structural analysis for 3K planetary gear reducer are conducted. Based on the analysis, translational- rotational coupling dynamic model is established. Through analyzing the displacement relationships be- tween gears and carrier, the dynamics mathematical model is obtained. The dynamics simulation of a practical 3K planetary gear reducer in LMS Virtual. Lab Motion platform is completed. The results indicate that the validity of trans- lational- rotational coupling dynamics model and simulation methods, moreover, the results can provide the dynamic input for further research, such as fatigue, vibration, and acoustics.
