摘要
针对76 000 t散货船机舱区半立体分段EZ31P(EG31P+EG32P)在船台总组过程中变形过大的问题,采用有限元数值仿真计算其实际支撑状态下的应力及变形情况,得到与现场测量较为一致的结果;通过改进总组支撑方案,控制分段弹性变形,并将方案应用到现场总组过程中,测量得到分段变形已控制到精度许可范围,为总组过程快速搭载奠定基础。
Aiming at the problem of over-deformation occurred in the final assembly process on the slipway for half stereo subsection of the engine room of 76 000 t bulk carrier EZ31P(EG31P+EG32P),this paper calculates the stress and deformation in the actual support condition by using the finite element numerical simulation. The results are consistent with the field measurement. It controls the elastic deformation of each section by improving the support solutions in the final assembly process ,and applies the solutions to the on-site assembly. The deformation of each section is measured within the permitting range of accuracy,which has settled the final rapid assembly process.
