Objective: To observe the clinical significance of implementing whole-course nursing to rescue emergency critically ill patients. Method: 60 emergency critically ill patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given whole-course nursing. The time and prognosis for treatment processes of two groups were compared. And the nursing quality of the successful transferred patients' families were evaluated.Result: In the observation group, the time for treatment processes was evidently shorter than that of the control group, the death rate was evidently less than that of the control group, and the satisfactory degree of service attitude, technology, treatment process, communication, dispatch and receiving, and safe and comfortable transportation were evidently better than that of the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Implementing whole-course nursing to rescue emergency critically ill patients not only can reduce the rescue time, but also can improve the satisfaction degree of patients, it is an ideal and reasonable nursing mode to rescue critically ill patients.
