摘要
煤炭物流是衔接煤炭生产、加工、转运和消费等过程关键环节之一,在煤炭成本中占据了较大比重,对煤炭物流资源进行有效整合,提高对煤炭物流的利用率,可以有效降低煤炭企业的运营成本和风险。文章针对我国煤炭物流行业发展现状,提出了基于动态联盟的煤炭物流资源整合与管理策略。
The coal logistics is one of the key elements in the course of coal production, processing, transportation and consumption, accounting for a larger proportion in coal cost. The effective integration of coal logistics and enhancing the utilization rate of coal logistics can effectively reduce the operation cost and risk of coal enterprises. This paper, according to the current development of China＇s coal logistics industry, puts forward strategies for the coal logistics resource integration and management based on dynamic alliance.
