摘要
通过对哈尔滨锅炉厂生产的超临界燃烧褐煤机组旋流燃烧器的改造,解决了机组在启动及试运行过程中发生的锅炉燃烧器结焦、满负荷时再热器减温水量超标等问题,为同类机组在安装调试和运行方面提供借鉴。
Based on the transformation to the swirling burner of lignite supercritical unit produced by Harbin Boiler Factory. Problems are resolved such as the boiler burner coking, reheater desuperheating water exceeding the standard during full load and other issues in start-up commissioning process. Reference is provided to the same type units in the installation and operation.
