摘要
针对化工生产中操作时间的不确定性,考虑了含有混合中间存储策略的多产品批处理过程调度问题;采用三角模糊数去描述操作时间的不确定,建立了含有混合中间存储策略的调度模型;通过面积补偿法将原有的模糊调度模型转化为确定性的模型;最后采用结合遗传算法和模拟退火思想的混合粒子群算法进行优化求解,仿真结果证明了模型的有效性和算法的可行性。
Scheduling in serial multi-product batch processes with mixed intermediate storage is studied.In addition,the uncer- tainty of processing time is considered.A fuzzy scheduling model is set up based on the fuzzy set theory,in which,the un- certainty of processing time is described by the triangular fuzzy number. According to operations of fuzzy numbers and comparison by Area Compensation Method,the fuzzy scheduling model is transformed into an accurate one.Finally,a blend- ed particle swarm optimization alqorithm is adopted to solve the problem.
