摘要
为快速培育出优良的冰草品种,以蒙农杂种冰草(Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorumcv.Mengnong)幼穗为材料,以拟南芥外源脱水应答转录因子CBF4基因为目的基因,利用基因枪轰击蒙农杂种冰草幼穗诱导愈伤组织,经筛选后获得了抗性转化植株,进一步经PCR和RT-PCR检测得到了670bp左右的电泳条带,表明CBF4基因已在蒙农杂种冰草中得到表达。
In order to speed up the process of wheatgrass germplasm improvement and cultivate more excellent varieties, Agropyron cristatum X A. desertorurn cv. Mengnong's young spikes were used as ma- terials, CBF4 was used as target gene and the spike callus were bombarded with gene gun. The regenera- ted plants were screened and tested by PCR and RT-PCR. The electrophoresis band about 670bp showed that the CBF4 gene was expressed in Agropyron cristaturn X A. desertorurn cv. Mengnong. The studies laid a good foundation for breeding new drought-resistance wheatgrass varieties.
