摘要
瓦斯治理工作是矿井安全生产的重中之重。随着开采深度的增加,多数矿井原有瓦斯抽采系统已经不能满足安全生产需求,且原有低浓度瓦斯排空系统存在重大安全隐患。鉴于此,以山西霍尔辛赫煤矿为例,将其现有地面瓦斯抽采系统服务范围进行优化;改造低浓度瓦斯排空系统,增设安全保障设施。这些措施有效提高了瓦斯抽放率,增强了低浓度瓦斯排空管路的安全性。
The gas control is the top priority of mine safety. The original drainage system of the majority coal mines can no longer adapt to the safe production requirements, and low concentration gas emptying system exists significant hidden danger. Taking Holzerxinhe Coal Mine as an example ,the service scope of gas drainage pumping station which fixed on the ground was optimized ,the low gas empty- ing system was transformed,new security facilities were also added. The above methods effectively improved the gas extraction efficien- cy, and enhanced the safety of low concentration gas emptying pipeline.
