摘要
对国内外风电场监控系统的历史与现状进行了分析,从面向对象的角度介绍了基于IEC61400-25标准风电场信息模型与信息交换模型的原理与方法,比较了标准所支持的5种通信协议。针对已投运的某实际风电场智能化改造的需求,选用制造报文协议(manufacturing message specification,MMS)作为通信映射协议,对风电机组及风电场智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)进行信息化建模,并讨论了建模过程中的关键细节与具体配置方法。提出了加装通信协议转换器的方法,着重介绍了通信协议转换器内实现不同报文转换和地址映射的过程和配置文件的配置方法,实现了2个制造商3种不同机型间的协调通信,并说明了含有通信协议转换器的风电场监控系统的结构框架,为未来针对已投运风电场的智能化改造问题提供了一种过渡方案,在IEC61400-25标准的推广和应用方面具有实际意义。
To implement the interconnection and intercommunication among equipments in wind farm,IEC drafted the IEC61400-25 to propose a unified standard for information model and monitoring system of intelligent wind farm.Analyzed the history and current situation of wind farm monitoring systems home and abroad,the principle and method for IEC61400-25 based wind farm information model and information exchange model are presented in the viewpoint of object-orientation,and five communication protocols that IEC61400-25 supports are compared.According to the intelligent renovation requirement of a certain wind farm that is put into operation,the manufacturing message specification(MMS)is chosen as the communication mapping protocol for the informatization modeling of wind farm and the informatization modeling of intelligent electronic devices(IED)for wind power generator units,besides the key details and concrete configuration method during the modeling are discussed.A method of how to add communication protocol dispatchers is put forward and the processes of implementing the switch between different messages and address mapping in the communication protocol dispatcher as well as the configuring way for the configuration file are emphatically presented to implement the coordination and communication among three different types of IEDs from two manufacturers.In addition,the structural framework of wind farm monitoring system containing communication protocol dispatchers is explained to offer a transitional scheme of intelligent renovation in future for wind farms that would have been put into operation.
