摘要
针对神东矿区微污染地表水源水质特征,结合最近几年微污染水源水处理工艺技术研究和实践,采用高锰酸钾复盐-粉末活性炭预处理/强化常规处理/臭氧-活性炭深度处理相结合的处理工艺,有效去除污染水体中的有机物,出水浊度<1 NTU,色度≤10度,COD Mn<1 mg/L,出水水质远优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。运行实践表明,该处理工艺具有运行效果稳定、自动化程度高、处理成本低等特点。详细介绍了净水厂的工艺选择、工艺流程、主要构(建)筑物设计参数等,可供参考。
According to the characteristics of micro-polluted surface water source in Shendong mine area, combined with technology research and engineering practice of micro-polluted source water treatment in recent years, the integrated treatment technologies including potassium permanganate double salt/powdered activated carbon pretreatment, enhanced conventional treatment and ozone/activated car- bon advanced treatment could effectively remove organic matters from the polluted water body. The fin- ished water quality was superior to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749 -2006), with turbidity 〈 1 NTU, color 〈 10 and CODM, 〈 1 mg/L. The operation practice showed that the process had the characteristics of stable operation effect, high degree of automation, and low running cost. Mean- while, the process selection, process flow, design parameters of main structures were introduced for refer- ence.
