摘要
制备了一系列新戊基多元醇酯,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、气质联用(GC-MS)和原子发射光谱(AES)对合成酯进行了分析鉴定,并测定其运动黏度。结果表明:合成了酯化率较高且杂原子很低的新戊基多元醇酯,季戊四醇二脂肪酸混合酯由五种组分构成;其运动黏度随脂肪酸碳原子数、长链脂肪酸、异构酸、长链异构酸、醇羟基数含量增大而逐渐增大;其黏度指数随脂肪酸碳原子数、长链脂肪酸、长链异构酸和醇羟基数含量的增大变化不明显,而随异构酸含量的增加逐渐降低。
Neopentyl polyol esters were synthesized successfully and investigated by FT-IR, GC- MS and AES, and their viscosity was measured. The results showed that the obtained esters have high conversion rate of esterification and few im- purity atoms. Among these esters, mixed esters with pentaerythritol and two fatty acids are made up of five components. The kinematic viscosity of neopentyl polyol esters increases with the carbon chain length of fatty acid,the content of long - chain fatty acid, side - chain fatty acid, long side - chain fatty acid and the number of the hydroxyl groups in polyhydric alco- hol. The viscosity index (VI) changes little with the carbon chain length of fatty acid, the content of long -chain fatty acid, long side- chain fatty acid and the number of the hydroxyl groups in polyhydric alcohol but decreases with increasing the content of side -chain fatty acid.
