摘要
                
                    通过Procast有限元模拟,对比了轧机机架三种浇注系统的充型过程温度场,得出了在低速浇注条件下,阶梯式浇注系统比其它浇注系统更能保证轧机机架大型铸钢件质量的结论。
                
                Through Procast finite element shnulation, the temperature fields during mold filling of rolling mill housing's three gating systems were contrasted. It is concluded that the step gating system can make the rolling mill housing get better quality than other gating systems under low speed casting conditions.
