摘要
针对渤海浮式生产储卸油轮(FPSO)浅水系泊,提出一种简易可调节式水下软刚臂(YOKE)单点系泊方案。该方案对传统单点进行改进,将军柱移到水下,无水上系泊塔,减小了载荷作用;其系泊臂为水下可调节刚性结构,可按作业水深调节FPSO的铰接点。对方案进行模拟试验,包括FPSO满载和压载、百年一遇和作业工况。试验主要考察方案运动和系泊力并与理论计算进行对比分析。结果显示:试验值大多小于理论值,它们的误差除横荡在15%左右外,其余误差基本在9%以内。
With regard to the shallow water mooring of Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessel(FPSO) in the Bohai Sea, this paper presents a simple Single Point Mooring (SPM) system with an adjustable underwater YOKE. The scheme moves the kingpost underwater and removes the mooring tower above water, which reduces the overall load and thus improves the performance of the traditional SPM. Moreover, the underwater mooring arm of the system is rigidly adjustable, which suggests that the u-joint in FPSO can be adjusted according to water depth. Model tests are then conducted under typical full and ballast conditions of FPSO as well as under a once-in-a-century operating condition, and the major goal of the tests is to examine the exact movement and mooring force of the design and to compare the obtained results with theoretical calculations. It is observed that most test values are substantially smaller than the theoretical ones, and the common error lies below 9%, except for the sway error that is approximately 15%.
