摘要
目的:研究多层螺旋CT及其图像处理技术对胆石性肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法:回顾2011年10月-2012年8月收住我院35例通过手术及相应的临床检验确诊为肠梗阻具有胆石性的患者的相关医学资料,并且均经过多层螺旋CT的平扫检查和增强检查,通过如MPR、CPR、STS-MIP等技术对图像进行后处理,并通过比较分析手术治疗的结果和医学影像资料的表现。结果:经过螺旋CT检查均显示出肠梗阻的临床表现后,对图像进行后处理其结果清楚的显示出结石所在位置、出现的数量、大小、梗阻点的位置及周围可能出现的并发症,经手术证实,结果一致。结论:多层螺旋CT以及对图像后处理在诊断胆石性肠梗阻的位置及性质中表现出重要地位及价值,为临床的诊治提供全面的医学影像学信息。
Objective： To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and image processing technology of gallstone ileus. Methods： Retrospective in 2011 October-2012 August in our hospital 35 patients by operation and the corresponding clinical laboratory diagnosis of gallstone intestinal obstruction of the relevant medical information, and underwent multi-slice spiral CT plain scan and enhancement scan, through such as MPR, CPR, STS-MIP and other techniques for image post- processing, and through the comparative analysis of operation treatment results and the data of medical imaging performance. Results： After spiral CT examination showed clinical manifestations of intestinal obstruction, post-processing of images and the results clearly showed that a stone location, size, number and around the obstruction of possible complications, confirmed by operation, results. Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CT and image post-processing the position and nature in the diagnosis of gallstone ileus shows the important position and value, provides more reliable, accurate, comprehensive medical imaging science information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
