普外科老年住院患者营养状况的相关因素及对预后的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价普外科老年住院患者的营养状况、相关因素及对预后的影响。方法对本科182例老年住院患者行营养风险筛查(NRS2002),分析营养状况相关因素,及与术后并发症、死亡率间的关系。结果NRS2002评分≥3分的患者营养风险发生率为35.16%,高龄、有消化系统疾病、BMI过高或过低者易存在营养风险,其术后并发症发生率、死亡率均明显高于无营养风险者(P〈0.05)。结论普外科老年住院患者的营养风险较高且与预后有关,应给予积极有效的营养支持。
