摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC自动控制和VXI数据采集的煤矿井下水仓水位监控系统。该系统不但能够自动采集现场传感器的数据,并保存和显示;还能根据当前水仓水位和要求达到的目标水位值进行计算,自动实现水仓水位的PID闭环控制,具有很高的控制精度和控制准确性。介绍了手自动的切换以及水泵的故障检测设计思想,具有很重要的意义。
This paper introduces a kind of coal based on PLC automatic control and VXI data mine water warehouse water level monitoring system acquisition. This system can not only automatically collecting field sensor data, and save and display, but also according to the current water warehouse water level and water level requirements to achieve the goal of value calculation, automatic water warehouse water level of the PID closed-loop control. It has an very high control precision and control accuracy. Switch between manual control and automatically control and the fault detection of water pump is also introduced in this paper. This monitoring system has a very important significance.
