摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定钕镁合金中铝、铜、铁、镍和硅的含量,确定了仪器的最佳元素分析谱线和元素的检出限。本法对元素测定值的相对标准偏差为2%~5%,加标回收率为97.5%~105.9%。
The contents of A1, Cu, Fe, Ni and Si in Nd-Mg alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), and the optimal analytical spectral lines and detection limits of the instrument for the elements were chosen. The relative standard deviation is 2%-5% of the measured values with the above method,and the standard addition recovery is 97.5-105.9%.
