摘要
目的:建立HPLC-RID法测定银杏叶片4种萜类内酯含量的方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:银杏叶内酯的线性方程相关系数为r>0.99,平均回收率为100.30%。结论:HPLC-RID法灵敏度高、重复性好。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for content determination of four ginkgolides in Yinxingye tablets.Methods:HPLC was performed on octadecyl silane bonded silica column with methanol-water(30∶70)as mobile phase.Flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results:The correlation coefficient of ginkgolides was more than 0.99.The average recovery rate was 100.30%.Conclusion:HPLC-RID method is good sensitivity and reproducibility.
