摘要
由于河流功能状况综合评估涉及的影响要素很多,各要素之间又存在复杂的相互关系,造成河流功能评价的不确定性,因此为了使评价结果尽量客观,采用可变模糊评价的方法对河流功能状况进行综合评价。同时将河流功能可变模糊评价模型与计算机技术相结合,建立了基于VC++开发环境的河流功能可变模糊评价系统。并以浑河的一级支流红河为例,具体介绍该系统各功能模块的实现过程。
The comprehensive evaluation of river function involves many affecting elements, and there is a complex relationship among them, so all these factors cause the uncertainty in the evaluation of river function. Therefore, in order to make the evaluation results more objective, the variable fuzzy evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of river function. Moreover, combining with the variable fuzzy evaluation model and computer technology, the system for variable fuzzy evaluation of river fimction under VC + + development environment is built. Finally taking Honghe River which is a tributary of Hunhe River as an example, the achievement process of each functional module for this system is introduced in detail.
